During the day he is very playful. He loves to play with our other dog and my families dogs/cats. At night he calms down and is sweet and cuddly. We crate trained him the first few nights and he woke me up only a few times to go out but he never had accidents in his kennel so we let him come to bed with us after a week or so he was sleeping through the night with no accidents. He does get kenneled while I’m at work and has not had any accidents yet. He did have two accidents in our house the first time he whined letting us know he had to go out but we didn’t realize that is what he wanted because he was not by the door and was so little. The second accident happened because we didn’t follow routine when we got home from work. Both times were preventable. We never potty trained with mats only trained him to go outside and it has been really successful. He is very smart and learns quickly. Each day I teach him a new trick and he is able to retain the knowledge and preform the tricks the following day while still learning new things. We are working on leash training slowly but we have not needed to much as he does not wonder far from us or our other dog. He has been very exposed to other animals and to children and has done well with both 

We got our 1 year old Bernedoodle Marshall from Puppies by Piper last May (2022) and he has absolutely been the easiest puppy I have ever raised. Nancy did an incredible job socializing him and he was even potty trained when we got him home. Marshall has been such an incredibly smart and sweet addition to our family. We are all absolutely in love with him. He has been perfectly healthy and overall has a really great temperament. I could not recommend Puppies by Piper more.
